Parcy never sells, rents, or monetizes your personal data, searches, or property queries to advertising brokers or data aggregators.
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you use Parcy, we process the following categories of information:
- Account identity: your email address and a unique user identifier provided during Apple, Google, or email authentication.
- Property queries: street addresses, lot parameters, and ADU design preferences submitted for feasibility modeling.
- Consult requests: the name, contact details, and property information you choose to send us when requesting a consult.
- Usage and rate-limiting logs: client IP addresses and latency metrics used solely for abuse protection and security.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to run your analysis, save your scenarios, respond to consult requests, maintain the security of the Service, and improve the accuracy of the feasibility engine. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Third-Party Infrastructure
We transmit queries to industry-standard providers to deliver our analysis:
- Google Maps Platform: geocoding and street address autocomplete.
- Parcel data providers: cadastral parcel boundaries, zoning, and public assessor data.
- Rental data providers: rental comparables near the queried parcel.
- Supabase: cloud database and authentication with TLS encryption in transit.
- Anthropic (Claude): floor plan reasoning and analysis narratives.
4. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to request disclosure of all personal information held, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to permanent deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. In the app, go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. This triggers our server-side deletion process, permanently purging your authentication records, search history, saved projects, and credit ledgers. You can also request deletion by email.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain account data for as long as your account is active and consult requests for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access controls limited to the team operating the Service.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
